Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality infrastructure services that meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Lead a skilled infrastructure team, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Conduct vendor evaluations and negotiations to achieve favorable contract terms.
- Develop and manage the infrastructure budget, allocating resources effectively to support ongoing operations and strategic initiatives.
- Implement and oversee security measures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure from threats and vulnerabilities.
Requirements:
- Academic education in IT, System Management or Engineering
- Experience from service management and relevant business areas
- Five to ten years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (verbal and written) Desired skills:
- You are creative and understand the need of transparency and to think outside the box
- You are a social and outgoing person with a great interest and understanding of business processes
- Team leader experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively
