The Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Able to communicate and adapt to different people and diverse personalities.

Skill Requirements:

  • Min 58 years of direct experience managing ITrelated Customer Service centers / Field Service.
  • Min 35 years direct experience on Vendor Management.
  • Diploma or bachelors degree in business administration Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Experience working in MNC environment interacting with outcountry counterpart.
  • Indepth disciplinary knowledge; leverages business acumen and subject matter expertise.
  • Indepth knowledge and management of Call Centre services Field Services and Parts Supply Chain operations is essential.
  • Provides deep Subject Matter Expertise advice on program delivery.
  • Thorough understanding and management of customer business needs and expectations.
  • Manages projects and program execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Good spoken and written English is compulsory. Additional language ability like Chinese is an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage difficult customer issues or escalation.

The Package :

  • Attractive Salary (RM 9000 RM 13000) / Performance related bonus for confirmed staff.
  • Able to speak read and write in English and Tagalog / Work remotely from Philippines.
  • Performance related bonus on a quarterly basis for confirmed staff.
  • 1.25 days per month Annual Leave / 14 days Medical Leave.
  • Medical and hospitalization insurance coverage.
  • Able to access and utilise the remote access to client and SCICOM systems the Consultant shall ensure that the minimum Laptop / PC specs requirements are adhered to: Processor: 1.80 GHz / RAM: 12.0 GB / OS: Windows 10.
