Senior RPA Developer

Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in Cairo Egypt our client is one of the leaders in Fintech.

Job Title: Senior RPA Developer

Scope:

Design build and execute software robots or bots to work side by side with humans to increase the business performance of the process.

Responsibilities:

• Modelling and developing out robotic processes during the project development stage.

• Updating and maintaining Developer Standards around RPA best practices.
• Mentoring and guiding peers via code reviews dev sessions and pairprogramming.
• Investigating and documenting better practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future development.
• Modelling and developing out robotic processes during the project development stage.
• Implementing RPA applications according to requirements and business needs.
• Defining inputs and outputs to RPA process automations as per customer needs.
• Designing RPA applications according to preset requirements and best practices.
• Deploying testing and verifying deployments of RPA applications.
• Supporting operations of RPA applications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 Years experience in a similar position / software development role
• B.Sc. in the field of Computer Science Engineering or similar field related to the business application.
• ITI graduated is an added plus

Technical Skills:

• Experience architecting and developing workflowbased solutions or functionality.
• .Experience with web development technologies preferential
• .Experience with RPA Software (e.g. BluePrism UI Path WorkFusion) advantageous.

Other Skills and Competencies:

• Willingness to learn and become an expert in RPA and other automation technologies.
• Experience leading a team.
• Must be able to multitask and willing to work on multiple projects at a given time.
