Open Position: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (MNC Company)
An MNC Company is looking for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur You will be responsible to build out Campaign strategy as well as execute campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Key requirements and responsibilities include:
- Configure and deploy the data queries, the email templates, triggers based campaign, Automation schemas, customer journey maps as well as other parts of the platform to build out multichannel campaigns that are sent out to customer
- Working on using SQL to query data as well as AMPscript for personalisation within emails
- Communicate automation best practices including email formatting, list management, optimization, data quality, hygiene, and compliance
- Responsible to design and develop various Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools including Journey Builder, Email Studio and Mobile Studio
- Perform modeling, transform and query all data needed for generating segmented marketing campaigns, as well as, formatting and delivering the list to appropriate parties
- Good experience in execute campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
- Good knowledge in Salesforce integration technologies, both between Salesforce clouds and external
- Database experience including SQL queries, database design, relationships, and design practices
- Good experience implementing and managing Salesforce APIs, including REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming and etc
