Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of machine learning engineers
Collaborate with other departments to identify business problems that can be addressed with ML
Develop and test ML models
Oversee the deployment of ML models in production
Ensure that the team is up-to-date with the latest ML techniques and technologies
Develop and maintain ML infrastructure and workflows
Provide technical guidance to the team
Monitor and optimize the performance of ML models
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or a related field
Experience in machine learning, with a focus on developing and deploying ML models in production
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java or C++
Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
Knowledge of software engineering practices and principles
Familiarity with data engineering and data processing technologies
Proactive and self-motivated approach to work
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
