Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Develop and implement an HR strategy that aligns with the companys mission and values
  • Create and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant laws and regulations
  • Manage employee recruitment and retention strategies
  • Develop and execute onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Create and maintain employee records and documentation
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration
  • Manage employee performance evaluations and feedback processes
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programs
  • Promote a positive company culture and foster employee engagement
  • Manage employee relations issues and conflicts
  • Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building a startup culture
