- Migrating & onboarding an existing portfolio and generating new business
- Write a developed executable plan for clients’ acquisition
- Increase client’s base in the CFD business at Ingot Brokers
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
- Cross sell products
- Safe recording/Keeping and security of leads and client’s data
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Gain hands-on skill on using Internal Customer Relationship Portal
- Thoroughly follow up on the client’s journey
