- Worksinconjunctionwith Account Managers, ProjectManagers, ProductOwners,
- DevelopmentTeamandany otherteamthat hasaneffect onthe quality.
- Makesuret performingthebestpracticeandthedefinedprocesses.
- Facilitationof inter-teamcommunicationacrossmanyagile projectswithin anorganization.
- Presentingan aggregateviewoftestingtothe high-levelmanagement.
- Personal support,mentoring, andprofessional development fortesters.
- Beingan escalationpointfor testers.
- Providingtechnical expertise,e.g. properuseof testtechniquesinappropriatecases.
- Inspiring, motivatingandmovingthetestingprocess forward.
- Buildingapath for successful cooperationbetween testersof different levels.
Job Requirements
- Takecareof alltheotherQualityEngineers concerns such as whether Softwaretestingcanbeautomated
- whethercomponentscanbetestedindependentlyfrom therestof thepackage,andhowmuch information is written to thelogfiles.
- Createhelpmaterials and help files tobeshared withthenewteammembers.
- Reviewbusiness requirementdocumentationsBacklogsScope.
- Conductcomplexbusinesscasesoftestcases andtestingtypes.
- Generatescripts used for automation, load andperformancetesting.
- Help theotherengineers tofinishtheuserstoriestomeetupwith theSprintEndDate.
- Defineandtrackthetestingmetrics.
- Designand executeTestcases.
- reportdefectsandsupportitwith recordingorscreenshots.
- Verifybugs fixing.
- Perform thoroughregressiontestingwhenbugs are fixedand verified.
- Monitor debuggingprocessresults
- Investigatethecausesof non-conformingsoftwareandtrainuserstoimplementsolutions
- Beingabletoadaptnewtechnologies thatshall add valuetotheQA processesandpractices
