Job Description
- Managing the sales process for our projects, from initial contact all the way through to closure.
- Developing & maintaining successful business Leads and relationships with all prospects.
- Achieving all revenues, sales targets & objectives in line with the sales plan.
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Attending and representing our company in exhibitions and meetings.
- Developing a full understanding of the business and real estate market-place.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent English
- Commercial Experience is a MUST
- Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Target Oriented.
- A proven track record of sales generated.
- Talented and Self Motivated
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- Presentable, confident, flexible and a good team player.
