MustHave Requirement:
Look for candidates with 510 years of experience in product management or a similar discipline in a SaaS or DaaS environment
Should have been in a product manager role for an enterprisegrade product
Should have owned product ideation inception and discovery independently
Consider candidates with experience in the digital and TV marketing/media
industry ad operations domains
Should have ability to gather requirements prioritize backlogs and
improve user experience for a enterprisegrade product
Responsibilities
Own and execute product ideation inception and discovery
Assist with the management of the product roadmap and backlog prioritization
Advocate for scalable solution design that supports end user needs and use
cases
Write and refine requirements in support of the overall product roadmap for
developers data scientists and UX/UI teams.
Adeptly manage expectations in line with the product roadmap and scope of
releases
Effectively communicate product status and progress to leadership and key
stakeholders
Regularly review the competitive landscape and organize client feedback for
continuous product improvement
Cultivate engagement with end users for meaningful participation in discovery
user testing evangelization and adoption efforts
Assume responsibility as the subject matter expert on the product.
Collaborate with key stakeholders across: Tech/Ops/Engineering
Commercial/Sales Product Marketing Data Science and external partners.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of the Digital and TV marketing / media industry and ad
operations
Experience in planning developing and managing products preferably in
advertising marketing media or technology.
Experience with survey based solutions especially related to brand impact
measurement
Demonstrated ability to drive product research and competitive analyses
Demonstrated ability to work with and manage both technical and nontechnical teams as well as external vendors
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment
Ability to manage and build relationships with clients and external parties to
understand product features and requirements
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate work across
geographically distributed teams
