Responsibilities:
• Lead Presales Support activity to prospective clients while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Provide answers to questions in a Request For Information (RFI) or a Request For Proposal (RFP)
• Develop and deliver outstanding product presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoC)
• Create internal software requests and PoC implementation plans and monitor the process
• Maintain demo set-up of all products offered by the company
• Submit visit reports and recommendations followed by each visit to the prospect or client of the company
• Actively assist the Product Management department in new market trends requirement gathering from prospects visits and interactions
• Assist client, prospect and Sales representatives to build a compelling and competitive business case and ROI (Return On Investment)
• Actively participate in marketing events, workshops and webinars
• Prepare and submit necessary input and reports to the management as and when required.
