Job Description

- Define strategic and creative points of view on brand character, brand identity, and design themes
- Craft actionable direction for the design & marketing teams
- Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines on sharpening ideas and enhancing brand design outputs
- Manage the quality of design throughout all phases of development
- Craft narratives and present confidently to internal and external teams, including stakeholders
- Contribute to holistic thinking about brand design, including how a brand acts, how a brand looks, and how a brand comes to life throughout an experience
- Delivering creative visual assets, static and motion design for performance marketing ads is the main focus, but also for other growth channels (affiliate, partnerships, app store optimisation e.g.)
- Working with our marketing team as stakeholders to deliver the best solutions for our digital marketing projects
