- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals and user needs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful
- product delivery
- Conduct user research to identify and address user pain points and inform product decisions
- Define and track KPIs and key metrics to measure product performance and inform product optimizations
- Create detailed product specs and oversee feature documentation to ensure alignment across technical functions and teams
- Lead and mentor junior product managers and provide guidance and expertise on product management best practices
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in fintech and product management
