Generate “Project Charter” for each new in hand project.
Study all project documents to prepare baseline time schedule for approval by the client.
Submit project “cash in” and “cash out” flow to the top management extracted from the approved time schedule.
Prepare work progress report with the approved performance percentages to be updated from site.
Prepare procurement plan based on the final survey extracted from the approved shop drawings.
Prepare periodic updated time schedule for all departments.
Prepare forecasting monthly invoice status and to be followed by site.
Follow up site progress by periodic site visit.
Attend periodic meetings with the top management to discuss projects status and actions needed for any delays.
Cost Control Division.
Issue the approved project budget and submit it to the concerned departments.
Monitor and control projects cost and submit periodic cost reports.
Update project budget when scope changes are approved.
Prepare justification reports for all variances.
Provide corrective action recommendations.
Provide variation orders notifications to the technical office department.
Prepare lesson learned reports after project closure.
Participate on the forecasting plan for the upcoming year.
