Senior Manager Talent Acquisition :
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organizations objectives.
Lead and develop a team of recruiters to ensure high performance to successfully manage recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
