As the Senior Manager of the Security Operations Center (SOC) you will assume a pivotal leadership role in safeguarding the security and resilience of Amer Sports information systems. This entails managing and optimizing the efficiency of our SOC team. The ideal candidate is an accomplished professional with a robust background in cybersecurity incident detection & response and team leadership.

Tasks

SOC Leadership:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership aligning SOC activities with the overall cybersecurity strategy.
• Oversee development implementation and optimization of SOC policies procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with the CISO for seamless integration.

Team Management:

• Manage and mentor the SOC team fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
• Conduct regular training and skill development sessions for cybersecurity professionals.

Incident Response:

• Lead and coordinate incident response efforts ensuring timely resolution and conducting postincident analysis.

Detection Monitoring and Analysis:

• Detect and respond to global and brandspecific security incidents coordinating the response.
• Oversee continuous monitoring analysis of security data and implementation of proactive measures.

Technology and Tool Management:

• Evaluate and recommend technologies ensuring proper configuration and optimization of SOC tools.

Service Operation:

• Direct operational activities related to email protection and endpoint security.
• Oversee perimeter protection measures for network security.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading SOC teams.
• Proven track record in incident response and resolution.
• Bachelors degree in Information Security Computer Science or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
• Indepth knowledge of cybersecurity principles technologies and best practices.
• Strong understanding of incident response methodologies and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP CISM or GIAC are preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
