Tasks
What youll do:
- Find brilliant candidates and close Middle/Seniorlevel vacancies (web3 positions IT sales marketing editorial) at warp speed while maintaining topnotch quality.
- Onboarding we value the unicorns we find and work to ensure their successful adaptation within the company.
- Share your Recruiting wisdom and guide hiring managers.
- Train the team on candidate evaluation and planning.
- Dive into exciting HR projects when they come up.
Roles Youll Be Working With Frequently:
- Chief Editor/Journalist
- Web3 Marketer (roles vary from Email Marketing Manager to Brand Director)
- Product Manager
- Designer (UX/UI graphic)
- IT Developers
Requirements
Its a perfect match if you:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment preferably within a recruitment agency.
- Are motivated to develop your personal brand and become a community speaker in Web3 recruitment.
- Possess a good network in the digital sphere.
- Are a Web3 enthusiast who follows trends and can converse fluently in Web3 language.
- Have excellent English skills (C1/C2 level).
- Are resultsoriented and proactive.
