At Noah Labs we are guided by the vision to develop software that understands treats and ultimately prevents cardiovascular diseases. We are building a Machine Learning based Health Analytics platform that combines connected novel biomarkers smart algorithms and a web/mobile application for physicians and patients. Our mission is to help people with heart diseases live longer and happier lives.
We are a dedicated team of 20 professionals supported by international venture capital investors and leading institutional partners such as the Foundation of the German Heart Center. Our team comprises serial entrepreneurs Harvardtrained machine learning scientists medical doctors and many more. This unique blend of talent and experience allows us to innovate at the forefront of medical technology and healthcare.

As a Founder Associate Intern at Noah Labs your mission is to support the core operations of our startup and drive key initiatives that align with our vision. You will work very closely with the founders and all teams to ensure smooth execution of strategic projects and daytoday operations.
Tasks
General Founder Associate Tasks
- Work closely with the founders to provide efficient and proactive support.
- Prepare presentations reports and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
Investor Management and Communication
- Assist in managing relationships with existing investors and prospective ones.
- Prepare and present regular updates and reports on company progress and milestones.
- Organize and coordinate investor meetings calls and other communications.
HR Management
- Support the recruitment process including job postings candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Assist in organizing and conducting performance reviews and team events.
- Help in creating and maintaining a positive work environment and culture.
Conference and Marketing Planning
- Assist in planning and organizing company participation in conferences events and trade shows.
- Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage the logistics and execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelors or Masters program in Business Administration Management Marketing or a related field.
- Work Experience: Previous internship or work experience in management consulting banking or a startup.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English is required; German proficiency is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Motivation and Ambition: Highly motivated hardworking and proactive individual with a passion for startups and healthcare innovation.
- ProblemSolving Abilities: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a creative approach to overcoming challenges.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate across different departments.
