Senior HR Recruiter

Job Description

• Responsible for the establishment and optimization of recruitment channels, including online recruitment, campus recruitment, job fairs, headhunting and other channels.
• Responsible for the output and revision of the job description of all positions;
• Responsible for the setting and optimization of the recruitment process and organize the implementation of recruitment.
• Responsible for the onboarding of new employees and follow-up the probationary period;
• Responsible for recruitment demand statistics and regular analysis of recruitment results;
• Responsible for the establishment of salary database.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English;
• Experience in headhunting and recruiting positions in Chinese-funded enterprises;
• Have certain training ability and data analysis ability.
