Job Description

- Policies, Processes and Procedures: Participates in developing all relevant HR policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Day to Day: Completes the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure that work processes are implemented
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborates with other departments in activities that require to ensure capturing accurate information and ensure overall alignment
- Oversees that all employee related documents, files, and information are regularly reviewed, updated, and maintained to ensure having accurate employee-related data
- Facilitates the performance management cycle and communicates regularly with the department directors to ensure accurate and on-time implementation of the elements of the performance cycle
- Collaborates with directors to asses manpower needs/ develop a workforce plan and forecast employment needs to ensure facilitating the needs of the Factory
- Handles CV short listing, candidate selections, interviews in coordination with concerned department directors to ensure proper selection and on onboarding for new Joiners based on conducted manpower plan
