The Senior Community Engagement Officer will be a position of leadership in developing and facilitating relationships between OXFAM and community leaders and stakeholders at both the area wide and neighbourhood level in Jordan. The Senior Community Engagement Officer is responsible for ensuring that programming pursued by OXFAM is informed by and driven by the community.
This role will focus on three main aspects
- CBOs management and capacity building
- community engagement and ownership of the solid waste management project
- support the CFW component in the project
