A well-established group of companies requires a Senior HR Director. The key senior professional will ensure timely implementation of Human Resource strategy and operational plans compatible with organization dimensions. Successful candidate will be responsible for Human Resource planning and operations that are synergic with organization mission, to attract and retain the best talents with respect to company vision, develop a motivated work force, frame policies and procedures to streamline HR operations, identify and develop employee potential through use of suitable methods of talent and performance management techniques. Masters/bachelor's degree holders in HR discipline are highly preferred. Additionally, Bachelor's in Law will be an advantage. Excellent skills in English Language is desirable.
