Role Description:


The primary purpose of this role is to promote and market Reshamandis Pupae Product Ranges in West Bengal




Does the below sound likeyou?



  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field
  • Computer literacy with strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English and Bengali, and Hindi
  • Minimum 2- 4 years experience in sales function in a relevant industry (Fisheries/Pet Foods/Poultry Industry)
  • Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Valid Indian Driving

Responsibilitieswill include, but not limited to:



Promote the Reshamandi s Pupae product ranges to target manufacturers and farmers within the

Develop a win/win sales strategy based on customer s needs, internal capabilities, competitors weaknesses, and company strengths Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Develop a good relationship with existing and new customers to increase business, discuss requirements, discuss with reporting manager to give quotations, negotiates sales contracts and volume pricing agreements

Prepare daily customer visit reports, opportunities, and projects and update Prepare reports on Supplier wise and product wise on marketing & sales

Develop and execute a territory Sales & Marketing plan including comprehensive sales calls, customer visits, marketing activities, promotion, business development, and customer follow-ups

Process customer purchase orders, coordinate with Supply Chain & Commercial Dept, and update the customer on the shipment status

Coordinates with support staff in the Accounts, Commercial, and Logistics Department to ensure all customer needs are understood and met in a timely manner

Attend industry tradeshows, exhibitions, seminars, and meetings locally and regionally to perform business development activities
