Job Description:

• Bs in Civil / Architecture / Mechanical engineering with 7 years experience
• Experience working with high tech infrastructure and facilities (semiconductor pharmaceutical data centers). 3 years managing team of BIM and design professionals. expertise in Revit Navisworks BIM 360/ACC
• Review and coordinate designs produced by engineering teams trade contractors and other thirdparty vendors to ensure a clashfree constructible design model
• Work with engineers trades and design professionals to develop an integrated model and detection reviews with optimizing the process and quality
• Set up and maintain large federated building models involving designs and engineering disciplines
• Ensure high standards of quality and consistency regarding Revit and BIM 360 / ACC Docs maintenance
• Integrate factory and team models with engineering and vendor models. Development and Management of ongoing efforts for LiDAR laser scanning collection and laser scan management
• Provide both management and design skills in support of a detailed and accurate BIM models
