Themis Recruit are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join our clients Legal 500 Tier 1 rated commercial litigation team. The successful candidate will work directly alongside a recognised "leading individual" in the legal 500 and a stellar client roster made up of sports personalities celebrities bluechip companies and high net worth individuals. The hiring firms geographical reach extends beyond England serving clients as farreaching as the USA and the Caribbean.
The successful candidate will quickly become an integral part of a team known for its indepth knowledge excellent technical and commercial skills and a reputation as one of the top litigation teams in the Northwest. Requirements
1. Handle Complex Litigation Cases: Manage a diverse range of litigation cases for our esteemed client base demonstrating expertise in commercial law.
2. Provide Legal Counsel: Offer sound legal advice to clients including sports personalities celebrities bluechip companies and high net worth individuals.
3. Collaborate Internally: Work closely with colleagues across departments contributing to the collaborative and supportive culture at Napthens.
4. Build Client Relationships: Strengthen relationships with existing clients and develop new ones maintaining Napthens reputation for delivering highquality legal services.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of legal developments ensuring that the team remains at the forefront of legal knowledge and expertise.
Requirements:
- Qualified Lawyer: A qualified solicitor with significant postqualification experience in commercial litigation.
- Proven Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in handling complex commercial litigation cases with a track record of successful outcomes.
- ClientFocused: Strong client management skills with experience handling a diverse client base including highprofile individuals and corporate entities.
- Collaborative Team Player: A teamoriented professional who can collaborate effectively with colleagues from various departments.
