Senior Application Specialist

Job Description

• Provide second level of Software support and resolve problems to the end user.
• Implement and Maintains software issues.
• Administer application and provide technical expertise in development and execution of all IT systems.
• Work with ERP systems users to determine appropriate system configuration and setup.
• Assist with system check and quality assurance.
• Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with developers and IT member to secure infrastructure being developed for end-user needs and ensure achievement of all business objectives.
• Testing and integrating as necessary troubleshooting application –related problems Documentation of all procedures.
• To determine, recommend a new system or modification of an existing system and Debug existing source code.
• Develop, and implement software products and solutions accordance with established standards, analyses information.
• Design and implement reports according to business need.
• Thoroughly understand All database schema.
• Manage and implement software backup plan and ensure the backup process Schedule.

Job Requirements

• Good Knowledge in system (I) servers and (CL) Language Programming and Query.
• Net Microsoft Framework
• Microsoft visual studio
• Web developer language (C#, ASP.NET……)
• SQL Database and DB2
• Excellent problem-solving
