Senior Affiliate Marketing Spacialist w/ fluent level of English

Degusta Box is a food and beverage brand based in Barcelona that operates in five European markets. As a Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will be in charge of establishing and maintaining relationships with a variety of partners in order to grow the B2C sales. Create and keep track of affiliate marketing campaigns to ensure optimal site positioning and visibility for the maximum return. Visit industry-wide and affiliate events to retain strong partnerships and stay informed of market advances and trends.

Tasks

• Expand, maintain and improve current affiliate connections to establish successful and enduring partnerships
• Regulate new affiliate partnerships, from business discussions to technical setups
• Manage affiliate marketing campaigns and improve them
• Create and keep track of affiliate marketing campaigns to ensure the greatest site positioning and maximum exposure for the highest return
• Update affiliates on new offers and any program changes by phone, email, and newsletters
• Keep track on and report on affiliate marketing and campaigns used by competitors
• To improve campaigns and reach visitors, sales, and ROI goals, analyze the daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Visit industry-wide and affiliate events to retain strong partnerships and stay informed of market advances and trends

Requirements

• From 2-3 years of experience in Business Development and/or Digital Marketing
• Knowledge about the online marketing industry and the different payment models within
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong commercial skills combined with an analytical mindset
• Goal-orientated, able to learn quickly and eye for detail
• Strong organisational skills to provide the best account management service
• Innovative and entrepreneurial and can come up with new ideas within different cases
• Being a team player in a multicultural environment
