JOB DESCRIPTION
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Account Manager/Site Supervisor your primary responsibility is to oversee all HR and administrative functions related to recruitment contracting onboarding performance management attendance disciplinary issues and offboarding for staff under multiple accounts. Additionally you will be instrumental in building and nurturing strong relationships with clients.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Leave Management: Efficiently manage leave requests for direct staff members.
- Employee Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires ensuring timely issuance of contracts.
- Employee Relations: Act as a key point of contact for addressing employee concerns or grievances fostering a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Support the performance evaluation process for direct staff members.
- HR Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records and data including employee files attendance records and training documentation.
- Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate processing of payroll for all employees including verification of timesheets salary adjustments and deductions.
- Compliance and Legal Requirements: Stay abreast of changes in labor laws and ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal policies.
- Client Retention and Growth: Drive retention and growth of the existing customer base through exceptional service delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaboration: Engage with other departments and offices within the Career Directions LTD Network to maximize synergies and deliver mutual benefits.
KPIs:
- Ensure 100% compliance with annual leave documentation and share monthly reports with clients.
- Achieve a 2.5% growth in revenue among existing clients.
- Schedule conduct and document regular client review meetings.
- Maintain a lead time of 48 hours in resolving client feedback.
- Achieve 100% retention of the existing client base.
- Fulfill all recruitment needs for staff within five working days.
- Maintain a lead time of 48 hours in resolving direct staff feedback.
- Ensure 100% execution of staff contracts and share contract analysis monthly.
- Share monthly staff reports with clients by the 5th of each month.
- Ensure 100% submission of required documents from staff members.
- Keep an uptodate staff leave schedule for direct staff.
- Provide payroll advice by the 17th of each month.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resource Management or related field from a reputable institution.
- Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) or Higher Diploma qualifications.
- Membership in the Institute of Human Resource Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an HR generalist in a dynamic business environment.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Suite Microsoft Office and HRMIS systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Thorough understanding of Kenyas Employment Laws.
- Proven ability to take ownership deliver results foster team success and drive change.
- Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects and accounts successfully.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong people management and attention to detail capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of individuals.
