- Design and implement a wide range of Contact Center technologies and AI solutions including but not limited to IVR's, CTI, Intelligent Routing, Desktop Servicing Applications, Digital and RPA solutions, and Call Recording and Analytics as well as ensure delivering the planned business outcomes post-implementation
- Work closely with multiple internal business groups and external vendors and solution providers to ensure project solutions are aligned with the overall business and technology requirements
- Coordinate and analyze business requirement across all self-service functions i.e. IVR ,Digital ,AI and develop strategy to support business needs
- Ensure all self-service platforms are developed on a regular basis in order to reduce cost and enhance customer experience and satisfaction levels
- Provide support, Proof of Concept (POC), prototypes in various contact centers
- Constantly monitor Contact Center Technology & AI solutions best practices across the local and international Telecommunications and other services industry and come up with proposals
