Security Consultant-network infrastructures

Security Consultant:

• Design implement and manage secure network infrastructures using VMware NSX and OKTA. You will be responsible for creating secure access policies managing network security services and ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations.
• VMware NSX Implementation and Management:
  • Design and implement secure network architectures using VMware NSX.
  • Configure and manage NSX components such as distributed firewalls load balancers VPNs and edge services gateways.
  • Use NSX for microsegmentation to isolate and protect workloads.
  • Monitor network traffic and security events using NSX and integrate with other security tools for comprehensive visibility.
• Okta Identity and Access Management:
  • Implement and manage Okta for identity and access management.
  • Configure Single SignOn (SSO) and MultiFactor Authentication (MFA) using Okta to enhance access security.
  • Manage user identities access policies and roles in Okta.
  • Integrate Okta with other applications and systems for seamless user authentication.
• Security Policy Management and Compliance:
  • Develop and enforce security policies for network access user authentication and data protection.
  • Ensure compliance with internal security standards and external regulations.
  • Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
• Incident Response and Troubleshooting:
  • Respond to security incidents investigate causes and implement remediation measures.
  • Troubleshoot network and security issues using NSX and Okta.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Knowledge of NSX ATP highly desirable.
