SAS Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage SAS and SQL reporting solutions and delivery including both the planning and design of new solutions to support the departments reporting requirements ongoing management production support monitoring and accountability for those solutions.
• Engage with business stakeholders and advise strategic solutions for their business intelligence needs.
• Understand how the delivery of the MI captured Requirements should be documented to assist technicians to build the functional/integration component.
• Delivery is expected through an Agile delivery model delivering the outputs on the Teradata (database) Informatica and SAS (ETL) and Qlik (presentation layer).
• Design track and interpret key performance indicators and analytical models driving Field Operations strategy and productivity.
• Recommend and establish action plans based on such indicators/models to mitigate risks and optimize Field performance.
• Prepare upper management for strategy discussions weekly and monthly results.
• Create/maintain static and AdHoc deliverables to communicate field performance and increase technician level efficiency.
• Compile/mine data from multiple business sources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Statistics Computer Science Mathematics Economics Business Engineering Finance Education Biostatistics.
• Experience working in a complex SAS environment.
• Familiar with Email Platforms Eloqua and Exact Target a plus.
• Understanding of database marketing and analytics experience.
