Preferred Skills:
Consultants should have the below skills & expertise:
Understand the SAP delivery models defined in SAP Activate tools and procedures. Maintain the
Governance Model with PMO over the entire lifecycle of the project.
Own the project engagement and be responsible for delivery of its major elements including project business objectives scope and solution within quality criteria on time and budget .
Create & Review project plans and scope with the team. Understand objectives of strategy and tactical delivery plans for the project engagement.
Risk management implement and maintain an ongoing risk and quality management framework
Proactive formal and informal communication/relationship with key stakeholders (internal/external)
Project administrative management Have sufficient techno functional knowledge in related areas of SAP.
Strong writing decision making communication and meeting facilitation skills; ability to utilize a combination of formal authority and persuasion skill sets.
Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure ambiguity and change.
Good level of leadership organizational and interpersonal skills
Multicultural sensitivity and work in international environment with global clients Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in SAP Delivery models
Excellent Communication
Experience:
5 10 years experience solely in SAP Project management.
