Position: SAP ABAPOData Consultant
Location: Pune
Job Type: Full Time
Work Type: Onsite
Job Description:
- Know the basic of SAP to solve any queries
- Basic knowledge of ABAP Odata IDOC
- Incidents resolutions
- Communication skills
Good to Have:
- SAP PI (Process Integration)
- Business knowledge for support
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 100% availability during the support time/shift.
- Work on the Incidents as per priority High Medium Low.
- Work on problem tickets.
- You should know the escalation matrix.
- Should work on Vulnerabilities and the other tools results to solve code issues and security issues.
- Communicate with the team on the same genre of INC for permanent fixes.
- Debugging skills
- Root cause analysis skills and experience
- Follow the Review mechanism or Peer review plan
- Employees will need to work in the US time zone for 2 weeks in a month and the remaining 2 weeks in the regular IST time zone.
