Job Summary:
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant you will be responsible for providing implementation services within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities:

HTML Email Development: Collaborate with our team to create visually appealing and responsive email templates using HTML and CSS.

Data Extensions: Build and maintain extensions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud ensuring accurate segmentation and targeting of audiences.

Journey Builder: Utilize Journey Builder to design and execute personalized customer journeys optimizing engagement and conversion rates.

Working with Automation Studio: Implement marketing automation solutions and leverage Automation Studio to streamline workflows and enhance campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in HTML coding and CSS styling for email development.
• Strong understanding of data extensions and their application within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Journey Builder and the ability to craft effective customer journeys that drive desired outcomes.
• Familiarity with Automation Studio and its functionalities in automating marketing processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced and dynamic team environment.
• Excellent problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Salesforce certifications (Preferred)

• Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
• Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
• Certified Salesforce Sales and Service Administrator
