Salesforce Administrator

• Administering and maintaining multiple Salesforce instances ensuring data accuracy and data integrity and overseeing system security data access and backups
  
• Collaborating with end users to understand business requirements and configuring Salesforce to meet these requirements
  
• Developing and maintaining custom fields page layouts custom objects and workflows to support business processes
  
• Participating in projects to integrate Salesforce into other systems and tools
  
• Managing and supporting the data migration process including data mapping deduplication validation and testing
  
• Assisting Salesforce development teams in creating and modelling data structures and loading the associated test data
  
• Developing and maintaining reports dashboards and metrics to support datadriven decisionmaking
  
• Performing general administrative tasks and monitoring workflows on Salesforce
  

Requirements

• Willingness to work during UK business hours
  
• Bachelor s degree in computer science information technology or related field
  
• Salesforce Administrator certification
  
• Over 4 years of experience as Salesforce Administrator with solid understanding of Salesforce data management
  
• Proficiency in using DemandTools
  
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration including custom objects fields pagelayouts workflows permission sets and validation rules
  
• Experience in data migration and data management including data mapping validation and testing
  
• Ability to work with SQL and write basic queries to support data management tasks
  
• Ability to work independently and prioritise projects while consistently maintaining quality and performance standards
  
• Knowledge/interest in capital markets funds and asset management
  
• Experience in Salesforce development using languages/frameworks such as Apex Aura and LWC (preferred)
  
• Knowledge/interest in platforms and tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Salesforce Pardot Tableau PowerBI DealCloud and/or Oracle Eloqua (preferred)
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
