Job Description

We are looking to hire a Business Development Executive for one of our client companies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development and Sales Associate or a similar position.
  • Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the technology industry preferably with marketing or advertising experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with attention to detail
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and the latest sales techniques
  • Experience with remote sales managing sales pipelines and closing sales.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking cold calling and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster longterm partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends competitive landscapes and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions track sales activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to close sales deals.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Participate in sales meetings conferences and trade shows to represent the company and expand network.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product development customer support and finance to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Continuously assess and improve sales processes and strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism integrity and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Adapt to evolving market conditions and customer preferences to remain competitive and drive business growth.
