- Office based technical sales support to customers enquiries and leads
- Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, tools, and services
- Preparation of customer proposals
- Preparation of tender responses and requests for quotations
- Handling of initial enquiries
- Collation of information for proposals and tender responses
- Assisting with proposal preparation / supporting tender submissions
- Providing bid management function on large bids and tenders
- Collation and issuance of "Approval" documentation
