You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities developing strategies partnerships and driving revenue growth. To increase spend and usage of apartments across all our serviced apartments.
Generate revenue through new business opportunities.
Convert leads into opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients including corporate clients travel agencies and relocation companies.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Maintain constant client occupancy of apartments at all times.
Increasing Brand awareness.
Work inline to create and maintain Brand Reliability. Design/ draft content filled proposals to prospective clients or customers.
Arrange/design adverts to promote the Luxury Serviced Apartments.
To maintain effective relationships with existing clients in order to retain business.
Present the company to potential clients through facetoface meetings cold calls emails and followups.
Schedule and conduct Apartments visits and follow up effectively with client till closure.
Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions and proposals to meet client requirements.
Negotiate contracts pricing and terms with clients to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend industry events conferences and networking functions to promote the company and generate leads.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities pipeline and performance metrics to your superiors.
Engage attend and participate in industry networking events.
Maintaining records of all business communication.
Create and maintaining sales funnel
Spearhead negotiations to ensure the best possible deal for the company.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 year experience in sales of luxury serviced apartments.
Experience in hospitality/ luxury serviced apartment.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Hospitality Management or related field.
Ability to implore the use of digital marketing platforms will be an advantage.
Good presentation communication and networking skills.
Proven track record of meeting and surpassing targets and set KPI success in sales role business development or account management preferably in the luxury hospitality/serviced apartment industry.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Can demonstrate flexibility and can adapt to market conditions
Highly motivated can work at pace and on own initiative
Commercial awareness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
