Sales Representative - Interior Design and Construction

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions in the field of interior design and construction services, and real estate development.

• Sales Activities: Daily offline sales activities, cold calls, and client follow-ups.

• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on both short-term transactions and long-term client partnerships.

• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company's interior design and construction services, effectively communicating the value proposition to potential clients.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure seamless communication and successful project handovers, meeting client expectations, ensuring client satisfaction after the end of the project, and act as a quality checker to achieve this. Moreover, I coordinate with the Marketing Team to keep the sales documents and presentations current.

• Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.

• Financial Offers and Contracts: Review financial offers with management and prepare contracts for signature

• Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.

• Identify and target potential clients in the construction and interior design industry.
