Sales Operations Lead

Job Description

• Sending Emails for Sales Representatives Hiring and sharing it with the HR Department
• Responsible for the Hiring plan for Sales team& knowing the Number of Sales Reps. reporting to Supervisors
• Extracting Sales reports and sending it to Supervisors
• Responsible for Data sims in case there are any issues, coordinating with the Admin team and sending it to Supervisors once received.
• Responsible for the IP static sims and receiving it from the Supervisors and sending it to the technical team
• Responsible for Sales Resignation Emails after checking it with the Supervisors and coordinating the last working day as well as communicating with other departments.
• Responsible for receiving any documents related to sales team ( medical cards, national IDs, HR letters, … etc)
• The Focal Point between the Sales Operations team and other teams
• Following up with Finance & HR teams for any pending requests related to the Sales representatives

Job Requirements

• Experience 3-4 years handling same tasks
• Bachelors degree from any reputable university
• Very good Email Etiquette
• Very good Experience with reports
• Very good knowledge with MS office ( Specifically Excel)
• Very good Knowledge with analytical skills
• Proven Experience with sales field.
