One of the reputable Financial Institutions in Malaysia is currently hiring a Sales Branch Manager to lead the Sales & Operation team and be based in the banking branch within the Selangor area.

Key responsibilities include:

• More than 8 years working experience within Financial Institution with more than 2 years working experience as Sales Branch Manager/Team Lead
  
• Direct involved to plan organise direct and control the overall administration business operations customer service sales and etc
  
• Develop and implement business development marketing strategies budgeting sales analysis to meet revenue growth target and profitability of the branch
  
• Lead the development and growth of the overall banking product portfolios which consist of bancassurance wealth products loans deposits and etc
  
• Lead drive and advocating the overall customer experience and relationship building with the customers
  
• Good knowledge of investments dual currency unit trust insurance structured products and etc
  
• Ability to lead the Customer Service Sales and Operations team with proven sales records and leadership skills
