ROLE SUMMARY

• Manage marketing and sales efforts including researching opportunities developing plans and overseeing staff to achieve operational goals.
• Promote existing brands and introduce new products to the market.
• Directly manage sales teams to ensure goal attainment.
• Analyze budgets prepare annual plans and monitor expenditures to meet targets.
• Develop unique sales plans create engaging advertisements and participate in exhibitions.
• Gather market data to draft reports and maintain customer relations with key clients.
• Ensure sample quality and ontime delivery for both developments and mass production.
• Stay updated on industry trends through educational opportunities and networking.
• Recruit train and manage sales teams collaborating with HR for performance reviews and talent strategy.
• Submit necessary reports to the group and cooperate with other departments to enhance business efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Director.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 6 years of sales experience in metallurgy or similar products with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• High financial and business acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and technical drawing analysis.
• Familiarity with consultative selling and market intelligence application.
• Willingness to travel extensively both domestically and internationally.
