Job Responsibilities:
- To conduct sales and marketing campaigns and to offer administrative assistance.
- To implement sales and marketing initiatives in order to meet the companys sales goals.
- To respond to questions and communicate with clients.
- To complete marketing and sales tasks as instructed.
- To performsurveys and market research.
- To communicate with advertising companies and other pertinent businesses or agencies.
- Helping with the creation of monthly reports, statements, and other paperwork.
- To offer assistance with filing and communication as needed.
- To fulfil all obligations and other duties as necessary.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- At least aDiploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Real Estate/ Business Administration or any equivalent field.
- A minimum of two years of property development work experience
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) software and computer literate.
- Knowledge of the IFCA System and the HAD Act.
- Self-driven, autonomous, a good team player, and focused on outcomes.
