After a successful recent opening of the studio F Newbury is looking to expand the team with a Fitness Sales Advisor This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the owner & Head Coach taking pride and enjoyment in seeing the studio continue to thrive and expand

The Owner is looking to add to a strong team passionate about delivering a high quality service for the local community in Newbury and the surrounding areas Prior coaching experience & PT qualification is not required however a passion for fitness is a must

Responsibilities

• Calling new enquiries
• Help to generate new leads & contacting them to bring them in on trials
• Converting people on Trials into members

What we are looking for

• Sales experience in a fitness environment or a keen personal interest in fitness
• Passionate about helping others with their health/wellbeing through fitness
• Able to deliver highlevel customer service every single day
• Willing to work flexible hours (will be required to work some Saturday hours)
• Eager to be actively involved in growing the business
• Selfmotivated driven and willing to learn and work as part of our team
• Exceptional verbal and communication skills
• Fantastic negotiation skills
