Unit Name: Case Management RN Case Manager 2. Brief Unit Description: Coverage for inpatient medical surgical. 3. Years of Experience Required: 10 years. 4. Skill Sets Required: Case Management Utilization Management and Discharge Planning. 5. Clinician to Patient Ratio: 1:15. 6. Patient Population: Adult. 7. Bed Count: 200. 8. EMR (Charting System): EPIC. 9. Floating Required: Yes. 10. Rotating Shifts Required: No 11. Certifications Required: Active MA RN License. Certified Case Manager preferred. BLS ACLS. 12. Additional Information: Weekend commitment up to every other weekend.
