A civil engineering firm located in multiple locations is seeking a Structural Project Manager for their St. Louis office!
Responsibilities:
- Team member of Structural/Bridge Design Group
- Manage projects by directing the design coordinating work between staff/design team and creating scope/budgets
- Analyze and design bridges culverts foundations and other transportationrelated and building structures
- Main contact for clients contractors and local officials
- Prepare engineering project proposals
- Ability to work in a team environment
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required
- Masters degree in Civil or Structural Engineer preferred
- 8 years of bridge design experience
- Registered PE
- Registered IL Structural Engineer
- Project Management experience with DOT clients
- Experience leading projects through collaboration with team and managing tasks
- Proficient in MicroStation/ORD platforms and structural analysis/design software
- Knowledge of bridge construction materials including Steel CastinPlace Concrete Precast Prestressed Concrete
- Knowledge of construction methods structural inspections and construction document preparation
Salary is commensurate with experience.
