Tasks

• Assist customers in making reservations for hotel accommodations.

• Provide information about hotel facilities services and policies to guests.

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints regarding reservations.

• Process booking requests and update reservation systems accurately.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth checkin and checkout process for guests.

Requirements

• Portuguese language required.
• Currently living near Albufeira.
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers with their reservation inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple reservations and maintain accurate records.
• Attention to detail to ensure all reservation information is entered correctly and accurately.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle high volumes of calls and emails.
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
