Role Overview:

As a Swedish Customer Support Specialist youll be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our clients addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently via phone email and chat platforms. Working collaboratively with internal teams youll contribute to enhancing the customer experience and refining our support processes. This role offers an opportunity to have a significant impact and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and handle cases and errands from our main queue chat and mail: Youll be responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries and requests received through various channels including our main queue chat platform and email system.
  • Handling questions from customers: Youll provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions ensuring that their concerns are addressed and resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Handling complaints: In the event of customer complaints youll listen attentively to their concerns empathize with their situation and work towards finding a suitable resolution maintaining a positive and professional demeanor throughout the interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Native in Swedish
  • B2/C1 proficiency in English
