Job Title: Contract Registered Nurse (RN) and Travel Registered Nurse (TRN)

Location: Ridgewood Center New Jersey

Client is a reputable healthcare staffing agency specializing in providing qualified healthcare professionals to facilities across the country. We are currently seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) and Travel Registered Nurses (TRN) to join our team and make a positive impact on patient care.

Position Overview:
We have immediate openings for both Registered Nurses (RN) and Travel Registered Nurses (TRN) to work on contract assignments at Ridgewood Center in New Jersey. The successful candidates will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients while adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and patient safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patients vital signs and report any significant changes to the medical team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures and disease management.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of X years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification for TRN positions preferred.
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing patient needs.

Additional Requirements:

• Registry personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times.
• Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID19 vaccine or present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from their employer to be considered for any assignment. Additional doses must be obtained where required by law.

Schedule:
This is a contract position with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week. Flexible scheduling options available. Travel Registered Nurse (TRN) positions may require periodic travel assignments to various locations.
