Job Description:

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) team in Peterborough NH for a permanent night shift position. This role offers a competitive salary range annually of $50918 $81453 along with a signon bonus of $5000 and provides an opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment. As an RN in the Med/Surg unit you will play a crucial role in providing highquality patient care to individuals with a variety of medical conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing planning implementing and evaluating nursing care for patients in the Med/Surg unit.
• Monitoring patients conditions and vital signs and administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborating with physicians healthcare team members and other departments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educating patients and their families about their medical conditions treatments and postdischarge care plans.
• Documenting all aspects of patient care accurately and timely in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Adhering to hospital policies procedures and standards of nursing practice.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Hampshire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and teamoriented environment.
